Pros
They are large and they are flexible when you can get to the office.
Cons
Sweat shop. They have no respect for your personal life. If you take time off then plan on working around the clock to make up got it. They treat you like dirt. Pretty much want you to work a minimum of 10 hour days. Many managers are puppets or just should not be managers in first place.
