Pros
IMS has a global presence, so there's a great international atmosphere where one gets to interact with many different cultures and languages. One also has the opportunity to learn a lot about medicine, diseases, drugs, and the industry that drives it all.
Cons
It's difficult to obtain a permanent position, there's definitely an addiction to temps, some of which have been with the company for 5+ years! Pharma companies are either going bankrupt or merging so every year there are fewer clients and therefore less revenue. I don't see a great future in this industry.
