Pros

Infrastructure , Honestly it doesn't have much

Cons

Projects : Poor or least priority projects gets pushed to offshore ,So cant expect to learn much Technology : Firstly its not tech company ,We can't expect much on technical front ,if you wanted to upgrade to latest technology ,my advice not to join here Managers : They don't have any powers ,Since its controlled by IT management couple ,They can't express their views ,They are no more than puppets to Senior management , and they are least competent ,Because of loopholes in recruitment in Sr management again Politics : politics at its heights , Sr management ,HR play politics to their best ,Join here if you want to be future politician ,remember where the least talent pool there you can find more politics IMS is best example Appeasing sr management family is the high motive in the organization Risk : Job is always at risk due to project instabilities Timelines : no proper project management ,no Schedules ,Sr management pushes offshore to unrealistic deliverable, remember except the top management none is getting rewarded in any hard work done by entire team Salary : is very very low ,not up to market standards HR : incapable ,incompetent ,worthless bunch of failed state people ,highly unprofessional ,unethical behavior ,doesn't have power cant complain much because they in flow with Sr management people in offshore

Pros

Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

Cons

Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
