      Training is disorganized and lacking. Overall poor support from management and disregard for employee wellbeing. Constant process changes and cumbersome systems. Information is not always cascaded to impacted employees effectively. Lack of career development discussions. Long hours just to keep from drowning in workload. Uninspired atmosphere with profit over people attitude.
