      good hike,work from home options available as per manager approval,employee friendly

      Cons

      too much of micro management specially in support projects.Senior managers are very political regarding perks,on call money,WFH etc... managers do not have the required skills to understand the ups and downs of the project.

      Pros

      Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
