      Good Company but Managers play politics with Employees - Senior Software Engineer IQVIA Employee Review

      Pros

      Company is good & growing. Salary is given on time.

      Cons

      Managers here never appreciate hard working employees but try to put them down. Only employees who are friendly with managers are given awards & Promotions and even onsite opportunity. Though higher management knows this they are blind eyed without taking any actions.

      Pros

      Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
