Toxic culture, specifically on the Clinical Trial Payments team. Senior leadership does not recognize valuable employees that consistently performs well each year and there is a clear display of "favoritism." They recently laid off a nice chunk of employees within the Clinical Trial Payments team due to relocation strategy efforts and let go of talented team members that consistently exceeds expectations. This created a low morale on the team. No growth in this department and offers are usually at the bottom of the pay scale.
