Fellow employees are amazing, workload is variable but mostly managable
Cons
Poor pay increases, and continual delay in when increases will take place. Currently rated on 2024 performance and pay increase will occur 01Oct2025 (not pro-rated), we have to wait 9 months to get our raise.
