      Good working environment. work from home option available as per manager approval.

      Cons

      Less chance to improve our knowledge technically and Notice period is high. You get stuck to one process and internal team change is one tedious job. Employees who are friendly with managers are given awards & Promotions.

      Pros

      Some solid team members and colleagues to work with and learn from. Some flexibility in work hours, as long as your work gets done. Very deliverable-focussed. Interesting work in clinical research. The job is fully remote, which is nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes requires extended hours in order to complete project; very dependent on stakeholders and last-minute changes from various people. The volume of work and the constant pace can wear you down.
