Yet over the past 18 months, it has quietly erased every reference to those commitments from its mission, values, and strategic focus. In a bid to align with the current administration, the organization has shifted its focus to artificial intelligence (AI), and its leadership team now reflects the administration's priorities. It presents as very inauthentic when it mutes the equity-driven efforts it once claimed were central to its identity.
