      Varying opportunities and management styles within each program team; for example, could have a very supportive team or a team that wants to keep members stagnant to avoid team shifts and new hiring processes. Experience at organization completely depends on your supervisor and manager. Especially towards staff in country offices, there seems to be hesitancy in any promotions or career growth generally

      Pros

      Flexibility for expectant parents and parents of young children.

      Cons

      A few years ago, the organization spoke boldly about empowering youth and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Yet over the past 18 months, it has quietly erased every reference to those commitments from its mission, values, and strategic focus. In a bid to align with the current administration, the organization has shifted its focus to artificial intelligence (AI), and its leadership team now reflects the administration's priorities. It presents as very inauthentic when it mutes the equity-driven efforts it once claimed were central to its identity.
