Pros

Some room for growth. IREX is growing rapidly, which is making more room for junior staff to explore different options. There's a friendly atmosphere, and employees are fun and active.

Cons

- Mid-level staff overworked and under-appreciated - Senior management micro-manages too much - There's no standard procedures, processes are inherited, and each team has their own way of doing things... big learning curve for new staff - HR staff unresponsive and uncaring

Pros

Flexibility for expectant parents and parents of young children.

Cons

A few years ago, the organization spoke boldly about empowering youth and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Yet over the past 18 months, it has quietly erased every reference to those commitments from its mission, values, and strategic focus. In a bid to align with the current administration, the organization has shifted its focus to artificial intelligence (AI), and its leadership team now reflects the administration's priorities. It presents as very inauthentic when it mutes the equity-driven efforts it once claimed were central to its identity.
