The termination of specific USAID funding, due to an executive order issued by the President of the United States, presented circumstances beyond our control.       Pros

      Flexibility for expectant parents and parents of young children.

      Cons

      A few years ago, the organization spoke boldly about empowering youth and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Yet over the past 18 months, it has quietly erased every reference to those commitments from its mission, values, and strategic focus. In a bid to align with the current administration, the organization has shifted its focus to artificial intelligence (AI), and its leadership team now reflects the administration's priorities. It presents as very inauthentic when it mutes the equity-driven efforts it once claimed were central to its identity.
