Dear Former IREXer, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for your many years of dedication to IREX. We are truly grateful that you found the people and growth opportunities here to be meaningful, it is something IREX deeply values as well. We want to acknowledge the concerns you raised. Growing pains can be difficult, and we are sorry to hear that your experience included challenges with workload, communication from leadership, and HR support. These are not experiences we want anyone to have, and your perspective is a powerful reminder that we have work to do in these areas. Your advice to "listen to people" really resonates with us. We are committed to making IREX a place where every voice is heard and respected, and your feedback will help guide us as we continue to improve. Thank you again for sharing and for the impact you made during your tenure with IREX. We wish you continued success in your career. Best regards, IREX Global HR

Pros

Flexibility for expectant parents and parents of young children.

Cons

A few years ago, the organization spoke boldly about empowering youth and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Yet over the past 18 months, it has quietly erased every reference to those commitments from its mission, values, and strategic focus. In a bid to align with the current administration, the organization has shifted its focus to artificial intelligence (AI), and its leadership team now reflects the administration's priorities. It presents as very inauthentic when it mutes the equity-driven efforts it once claimed were central to its identity.
