Acting on feedback sits at the heart of everything we do, which is why we use multiple channels, including monthly engagement surveys (Peakon), Employee Voice Ambassadors, and regular company updates to keep employees informed about our goals and progress. Our leadership team runs monthly global updates, Q&A sessions and weekly CEO communications to share our objectives, show how we’re working toward them and give everyone the chance to ask questions and share feedback.
We also work hard to ensure our managers have the skills they need to lead effectively through our dedicated leadership pathways, which provide ongoing training, coaching, and development. These initiatives are designed to build transparency, strengthen trust, and improve communication at every level.
