We appreciate your feedback about progression opportunities. At IRIS, we’ve made significant investments to give every employee a clear and achievable development path. Our global career framework outlines progression routes for all roles, supported by internal mobility initiatives, mentoring schemes, and our Career Coaching Service. We’ve also designed five structured leadership pathways (two of which are CMI-accredited) to support employees at every stage, from aspiring managers to senior leaders. These are complemented by a library of over 7,000 e-learning resources and access to global development programs like our IRIS AI Academy for future-ready skills.
We’re proud that these initiatives have delivered real results, leading to 60 promotions in Q2, over 100 employees completed our High Potential Programme, and 58 funded apprenticeships and 124 professional qualifications in the past year.
