Commission structure poorly thought out.

The company doesn’t listen to its employees
even after mass exodus.
Lack of care in harnessing talent.
People encouraged to leave rather than the company taking a look at its self and see where they are failing.
Kick offs have the Same message every quarter.
Managers completly out of touch. Constantly referring to “when I was on the phone ..” but haven’t been on the phone for over 5 years...still expect sleazy, outdated sales methods to work.
Certain managers seem to be in senior positions due to being part of the furniture, rather than merit.
