Pros
Not a lot. Salary good due to retaining salary on acquisition.
Cons
Poor strategy of making staff with knowledge redundant and replacing with lower salaried staff with little experience. Company ethos of putting the customer first is a con. The bottom line comes first - it is all about profit. Staff are actively discouraged from giving good customer service unless the client is paying for it. Teams are understaffed and struggling. Customers are not happy. HR make out they care about employee welfare but don't bother to reply to emails or brush off with a vague response about wellbeing. Management make decisions without prior communication and try to reinvent the wheel. Employees and customers are the ones suffering.
