We are proud of our extensive communication strategy to ensure all of our employees feel involved and a part of the IRIS family – with weekly emails from our CEO Elona, monthly company updates for all employees, our ‘Your IRIS’ newsletter, daily social media updates, and regular staff surveys. Employee feedback is super important to us, and we encourage our employees to use our immediate feedback tool, Peakon, to share their ideas and concerns with managers and senior leaders in real time. We were delighted that since its launch, employees shared more than 40,000 comments and managers posted over 34,000 updates, responses, and follow-up questions.
