We are very proud to run our IRIS Mentors scheme, which encourages employees to share their knowledge and expertise in support of their colleagues’ progression and development. The mentoring partnership empowers the mentor to provide individual advice and support and enables the mentee to get access to a wider set of skills, experience, and perspectives.
We want to make every employee feel welcome and a part of the family and achieve this through initiatives such as our Belonging Group, which consists of employee representatives who meet regularly to share experiences and champion inclusion and diversity. We were also delighted to have been certified as Great Place to Work for the second year running and internationally recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing.
