Employee feedback is very important to us. We use our monthly employee engagement survey, Peakon, across the business for staff to send immediate feedback to managers and senior leaders, so that they can act on ideas and comments quickly. Since its launch, we are delighted that employees have shared more than 50,000 comments and managers have posted over 41,000 interactions, responses, and follow-up questions. We also are proud to have 35 Employee Voice Ambassadors (EVAs) across several departments, with 11 ambassadors in Sales & Marketing. These ambassadors gather our teams’ collective voices and feedback to the department's senior leaders and Executive member to implement positive change and further improve engagement.
We are currently in a recruitment drive to welcome fantastic new employees into the IRIS family, who can delight our customers and evolve IRIS into the best it can be. To thank our Commercial teams for their ongoing efforts, we are proud to operate a variety of incentives and competitions throughout the year, with one employee recently winning an electric scooter. We are also delighted to treat our Elite club winners to a luxury trip to Las Vegas this year. We are also proud to provide great training and continuous development for our commercial team, with dedicated coaching with a personal development expert.
