Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, although we were surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are very proud to have heavily invested in Quantum, our world-class integrated software platform which replaces isolated processes across our business with a fully integrated set of systems, to provide a better customer experience and maximise cross-sell opportunities. We have received lots of good feedback from employees on the improvements these systems have provided to their work processes, and we are proud to continue to invest in this area. We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation with clear goals and objectives that are established on a regular basis. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities through our extensive communication strategy, which utilises monthly site updates, regular newsletters, weekly emails from our CEO, and the use of our Global Teams Channel to let employees know why we are doing something and how it ties into our overall goals. We have recently established Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each department which specifically set out the priorities and goals for each function. This helps us focus on what’s really important for driving our success in the year ahead. Our strategies are also continually shaped by our employees’ views and expertise. We encourage all our employees to share their feedback in our monthly employee surveys (Peakon), various dedicated inboxes, and our annual Great Place to Work survey. We also are proud to have 35 Employee Voice Ambassadors (EVAs) across multiple departments. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions.
