Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, although we were surprised and disappointed by your comments. We work hard and with #Passion to make IRIS a great place to work and provide an environment where we really care for our staff. For our sales team, we provide coaching with a personal development expert, a social club in our Manchester Office, leisure areas with a jukebox and pool table, and great career opportunities. To thank them for their hard work, we are delighted to operate a variety of incentives and competitions throughout the year. Just recently, we were pleased to reward one of our commercial employees with an electric scooter. We are also excited to announce that our Elite Club are going on a luxury trip to Las Vegas this year.
We also place a large focus on employee wellbeing, which is supported through a range of initiatives, such as company-funded private healthcare, training for Mental Health First Aiders, and Mindfulness courses and our 3 Giving Back Days focus on raising money for charity and helping our local communities. We also pride ourselves on providing a range of career development opportunities across the IRIS family, from funded and free training, sponsored apprenticeships and other educational qualifications, and our own mentoring scheme, which encourages employees to share their knowledge and expertise in support of their colleagues’ progression and development. Importantly, we value all of our employees’ feedback and encourage you to use Peakon, our monthly survey tool, to share your ideas with managers and senior leaders, who can instantly view this feedback, and act on ideas and respond to comments.
