We’re excited to stream a global Company Update each month on Teams Live, hosted by our Executive team and senior leaders, to connect with all our employees across the globe. These updates contain company-wide news, our recent achievement, future goals, and upcoming events. We also encourage managers to hold regular conversations with their team on personal and wider-company objectives, as well as taking an interest in pursuing developmental activities.
One of our key goals is to build #1RIS, where we all come together to welcome, support, and motivate each other, championing a diverse and equitable community. We are delighted that one of our IMPACT values, as chosen by our employee, is #TeamWork and we are committed to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to work harmoniously together. Recently, we held our own Brilliant Breakfast in partnership with the Prince’s Trust, where all our employees could gather both virtually and in offices to raise money and socialise.
