Paying our employees fairly for their work is of the upmost importance to us, and we are proud to run an annual salary review process, which includes using external benchmarking data, to make sure we are paying fairly and competitively compared to the market. We also offer pay scales in select departments and operate a range of generous bonus and commission to recognise and reward hard work. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practises and standardised rules and our managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided. We’re delighted to have recently launched our Career Framework which provides a clear pathway for progression with levels for each function. We’re also committed to supporting employees with training and qualifications. In 2022, we ran courses attended by 1,280 employees, including multiple day programmes, compliance courses, and departmental training. We are also proud to have supported 64 apprentices and celebrated over 260 promotions, role changes, and secondments in the last 12 months to help employees achieve their professional goals.
