We are constantly engaging with and communicating to our employees about our mission as it is important to us that everyone’s departmental goals support our overarching company goals. Employees are also given the opportunity to communicate their feedback to us through anonymous annual and monthly surveys.
A healthy work-life balance is of upmost importance to us, which is why our Wellbeing team works hard to ensure that everyone’s needs are met. Our UK’s benefits schemes cover many things that can help with stress-management such as wellbeing apps, access to healthcare and counselling, and discounts on gym memberships. Our Mental Health First Aiders are also trained and equipped with resources to help you keep a healthy work-life balance, or simply offer a listening ear. We’re delighted that our employee feedback granted us a Health and Wellbeing feedback score of 8.4, which is 0.4 points above our benchmark and places us in the top 25% of technology.
