We’re committed to providing our employees with a variety of routes for progression, for example, from 1st line support you can increase your product knowledge as a Customer Support Analyst, join the management team within Customer Services, or move to our Professional Services, Development, or Product teams. Since the start of 2023, we are proud to have celebrated over 86 promotions, role changes, and horizontal moves across IRIS.
Paying our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work is of the upmost importance to us. In addition, to running annual salary reviews and ensuring everyone is on a bonus plan, we’re proud to offer our Customer Support employees a career progression scheme, to provide transparent progression and automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones.
We also encourage anonymous and constructive feedback and have a variety of channels in place in order to hear and action our employees’ feedback. We’re delighted to use Peakon, a monthly employee engagement tool, to listen to our employees feedback and empower managers to take effective, immediate action. We’re proud that our top scoring Peakon areas for Customer Services teams are management support; including openness and freedom of opinion, equality, and goal setting, which are all over 9 out of 10. We also work hard to ensure that our managers and leaders are inspiring and caring for their teams. In the last 12 months, we are delighted to have trained over 68 manager and leaders through our Managing and Leading with IMPACT programmes, which builds their skills and covers the day-to-day practicalities of management through workshops on giving feedback, emotional intelligence, coaching, effective management, and goal setting.
