We are committed to paying all employees fairly and consistently across the IRIS family and so we operate an annual salary review process which includes benchmarking data and a range of other information to ensure we are paying competitively compared to the market. Pay scales are also available in select departments, which enable employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop. We also operate commission and bonus schemes to recognise and reward hard work. We’re also proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, meaning our wages cover at least the real cost of living in the UK according to the Real Living Wage Foundation.
