We are always working hard to promote a culture of inclusion and ensure our employees have access to the wellbeing resources that suit their needs. Our ED&I awareness events ensure everyone has an opportunity to socialise and learn more about their colleges. For example, this month we are celebrating Black History Month, ADHD Awareness Month, Menopause Awareness Day and World Mental Health Week. Our Belonging group and Affinity Groups meet monthly to ensure that we’re promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion and that everyone’s voices are being heard. We also offer a wide range of UK benefits to help with any of your wellbeing needs, such as private healthcare, wellbeing apps, discounts on gym memberships and more. We’re delighted that our employee feedback granted us a Health and Wellbeing feedback score of 8.4, which is 0.4 points above our benchmark and places us in the top 25% of technology companies.
