We’re very proud of our fantastic Executive team, who care deeply about IRIS’ success and know that our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Recently, we were delighted to welcome our Chairman, Gus Malezis, to the role of interim CEO as we search for a new CEO to lead us into FY26. As a global business that is growing in the United Stated and Canada, our dedicated Americas leadership team ensure that we’re driving focus in the region and run regular townhall calls, in addition to invitations to all company communication, to regularly update our colleagues in the Americas on our latest updates and achievements in the US and Canada. We also work hard across IRIS to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated leadership pathways, open to all levels of management to provide ongoing support to unlock our managers potential and ensure they’re performing at their best.
Employee feedback is always important to us, and we encourage all of our employees to share with us their great feedback in our monthly engagement survey Peakon. We are continuing to increase the engagement and are so pleased that employees have scored us 9 out of 10 on ‘Caring’ within Management Support. We also encourage our employees to reach out to our Employee Voice Ambassadors, who are given dedicated training on how to interpret and action Peakon feedback, facilitate meetings, and lead with empathy.
