Pros
Generally high quality and friendly staff, although there are a few unpleasant characters in the mix as is the case everywhere. Reasonable opportunities to learn, good health insurance, great office location (London).
Cons
Very profit driven upper management, with little concern for product quality until something breaks. As usual in IT, deadlines are often too tight and long hours are often expected especially for senior development staff.
