Work is hit and miss, breaking 30 hours a week is difficult 20-30 is average but some weeks will be 10-20 hours. Will occasionally work doubles 5 days straight and still not break 40 hours. New hire skill level is hit and miss. Wage compression is in effect for this company. 5 year senior tech only made 15/hour while new hire made 20 after 3 months. Pay is 1099-misc for employees. They will cut time off your timecard without notice.
