Pros
I have been working in this company for the last 8 months and during this time. I have had the opportunity to work in different departments. The company is very supportive and there is sense of community. I have been able to take on new challenges and responsibilities, and i have grown significantly as a professional as a result.
Cons
One of the downside to work at the company is lack of diversity. It's very pale and the environment is not very ethusiactic. However the other things are very well nutured.
