Pros

None that I'm aware of.

Cons

I had an extremely negative experience working at ITCON Services, primarily due to the CEO's leadership style. He fosters a toxic work environment by creating conflicts among employees and imposing unreasonable demands on the team. His management approach is both manipulative and chauvinistic; he frequently humiliates employees, particularly those outside his core group, during meetings (yelling at employees who aren’t his coreligionists is common). In private conversations, however, he adopts a sweet-talking demeanor, which only heightens the atmosphere of distrust. The lack of integrity and transparency severely harms the workplace culture. What exacerbates these issues is the CEO’s blatant favoritism and the family-based control over the company. ITCON operates like a revolving door, especially for employees of different ethnicities, as the organization appears structured to benefit his inner circle. HR offers no support in addressing any issues; complaints to HR seem to vanish into a black hole, as the department is complicit in advancing the CEO's agenda. Given these deeply ingrained issues, if you have any other options, no matter how challenging they seem, I would strongly recommend choosing those over ITCON Services.

Pros

Decent training, loved my supervisor, fair pay rate, no micromanagement

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints other than that we don't have much control on if we are out of work or not but that is not their fault, it's the way the contract works.

Pros

Met some good co-workers, it would be a good place to work if management did a better job of empowering employees and creating a less toxic environment.

Cons

This company fosters a highly toxic work environment. Management frequently provides unclear direction, yet employees are held responsible when results do not align with shifting expectations. Senior leadership operates with moving targets, creating instability and frustration across teams. The culture discourages accountability at the top—senior managers rarely challenge the CEO, even when they recognize mistakes, due to fear of reprisal. Women in leadership face particular challenges, with a noticeable pattern of high turnover among female managers. HR also experiences significant attrition, likely a result of constant exposure to the CEO’s behavior.
