1. No Growth no Increments as per the market standard. 2. sometime work pressure without logical reasons, due to old practices. 3. Career path is unclear, if you are not concerned so much about career then its ok. 4. Very hostile working environment. Plenty of sharks swimming in the company, specially in india. 5. if you are giving any opinion, your senior will take the credit which will not impact your increment and promotion. 6. Lots of retrenchment even for very small things. specially in Delhi Office. some sharks are sitting in the office and misguiding Japanese people against Indian staff. Overall not a good company to work because its a trading company and margins are very low.
