Too many process, poor management, too much politics, credit taken by superior, not listening new opinion, not rewarding as per hardwork, run by few superior ppl who doesn't listen their subordinate & want to take control in their hands, misguiding & misleading others & expats , no positive environment, no motivation, poor appraisal process,
