Pros
The benefits are great and the opportunity to meet new people is a plus. Great opportunity to see how a business should not be run.
Cons
Management is all about the numbers and not about their people. Little room for growth. Major turnover. Pay is not competitive with the market. If you are salary and not working at least 60 hours a week, you aren't worth their time and money (per management). Everyone is out for themselves and will sacrifice an employee to save their job and bonus.
