Pros
Flexibility to run your own territory. Great segment managers. Brand new VP and Marketing Director.
Cons
4 commission plans in 2 years (2014-2016), all of them went backwards in pay. Old VP ran too many good employees away from the company. Company doesn't value or care about the employees, number one concern was margin dollars. Takes way too long to get paid any commission, they are typically small checks anyway, but it take weeks if not months to get a $1,500 checked signed off on (and that's typically 2-3 months worth of commission).
