      Incredibly helpful and nice boss and fellow coworkers. The work assigned to me was really interesting.

      Cons

      Too hands-off. I would have preferred more code review or overhead on the work I did.

      Good benefits, stable pay, good hours

      Cons

      Upward mobility is a popularity contest not based on merit, experience or ability, management poor communication or non existent, engineers make changes without consulting the people who run the equipment, company focuses on short term profit over long term profit. Safety is a secondary concern over profit.
