      Strong leadership that cares for the workers. Strong Managers that know their job and people. Small family like atmosphere, which makes coming to work enjoyable. Solid parent company (ITW) with great benefits.

      Good benefits, stable pay, good hours

      Cons

      Upward mobility is a popularity contest not based on merit, experience or ability, management poor communication or non existent, engineers make changes without consulting the people who run the equipment, company focuses on short term profit over long term profit. Safety is a secondary concern over profit.
