Pros
Many different divisions, practical company policy of 80/20, good interpersonal relationships in my division. People still feel like family. Highest level of management tries to push more decision making power to the lower levels, which leads to more in-touch-with-the-customer decisions
Cons
Odd policy where few things seem to be written down. Jobs change hands over one conversation instead of through a documented process. Some people don't even have written job descriptions. When big change happens, the plan is figured out after-the-fact instead of before the change happens.
