      Good benefits except pay and mid level management is okay

      Cons

      New Site manager not very interested in the employees on site! Talks a good deal but doesn’t really care about the employees! A lot of good managers have left because of her. Pay is below average

      Pros

      Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

      Cons

      The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
