We pride ourselves on being a global team focused on global impact, and that means having the tools and processes (and culture) to support a distributed team.
In the current environment where everybody is a bit more remote for the time being, we are all experiencing not only the challenges of remote work but also the benefits of the solid remote-first practices and tools we have built over the years.
We value and consider all feedback and will continue to improve and we wanted to address the specific pay scale concern by clarifying that we have an established compensation review process by which compensation is reviewed annually against market data sources and within internal ranges. Benchmark positions are determined in agreement with practice managers and are reviewed periodically for accuracy. The purpose of such a process is to anchor our analysis as much as possible on independent, relevant data rather than subjective appreciations. When it comes to these matters, we value fairness and harmony above all.
