Nightmare - Production Worker IVEK Corporation Employee Review

It’s a nightmare company. Benefits are good and yearly March bonus is a small plus but not guaranteed. Pay raises are almost non-existent!! Everyone is treated differently according to how much they suck up. Losers are coddled and competent workers are overloaded. HR will brush aside and cover up any mistreatment so employees have no assistance. Even long time employees (and supervisors!) are leaving at an alarming rate due to higher management incompetence.
