Pros

Opportunity to make make as much money as you can. A very positive workplace environment and culture. Opportunity for advancement to management is easily accessible if you’re successful.

Cons

You’re standing inside of Walmart’s and Krogers trying to convince people to sign up for NRG. You’re required to sign up a minimum of 25 people per week but it’s almost impossible to do unless you work extended hours and extra days. Some days you had to drive over an hour just to go to a store and the company doesn’t reimburse you for gas or mileage. The sign up process is difficult and often involves trying to get information about customers electric bill that they don’t have most of the time. Most customers are rude and just blow you off so good luck getting anyone to stop and sign up. Your compensation is solely based on commission. Was promised 1000-1300 per week but after taxes, people potentially cancelling the service, and most likely not being able to sign up 25 people in a week you’ll be lucky to take home 700 per week most of the time.
