I have been working at the Ian Martin Group, Bangalore for more than 3 years and many more years to come. This is my 3rd company in my career and the best ever. Entire company has the visibility to see where the company is trending and their transparency; i love it. The only company i have ever heard that listens to people, takes their advice before taking any decision. They value employees and the society; kudos for that. The entire company is going TEAL soon (to know more about TEAL, read the book "REINVENTING THE ORGANIZATION") and i believe the first staffing company to go TEAL in India. I love working here and my colleagues too.

Cons

Every company will have cons but, i have nothing top of my head that bothers me to write here.

They first took their time to get to know me and to see what would be a better fit for me then they told me about the job opportunities. Very knowledgeable staff, they understand what and where are each individual skills. they also take you to the next level in your career. I have been lucky to work with such a wonderful team (Account Manager-Tim Rhodes, Manager - Srikanth, recruiter- Avinash). They understood what are my needs and what kind of job I'm looking for. With their advice and deep understanding and knowledge of the market, they placed me in the best place that I have ever worked in. If you are a highly skilled person and well educated trying to get the job you have always dreamt of, Ian Martin Group is the way to go. After they had interviewed me for nearly an hour, It was one of the most amazing interviews, they got to know me better and understood what I need in my next role and what kind of experience that I have
