Pros

The vision and mission of the company is great The CEO and many others in the company do incredible things within and outside of the company Self management Nice office When used appropriately, Teal is a ggreat system

Cons

People do not always use Teal as it is intended Some people actually use Teal practices as weapons, or to excuse for their behavior There is a lot of hypocrisy Employees hired prior to becoming Teal are not held to the same standard as new employees coming into the Teal environment (despite being a part of the transition) Measures are taken to prevent negative reviews of the company There is a lot of talk about psychological safety, but I personally felt more psychologically safe at every other job I have had (some of which were quite toxic) simply because I trusted the system would work as intended and as it was presented here and it doesn't. To summarize, no one is perfect, but in this system, there are teams and individuals who can use Teal procedures to alienate, bully, and belittle other imperfect people. Non-new employees can also choose not to use Teal procedures, or only use when it is convenient to them. Therefore, I would recommend that anyone who decides to join the company to be cautious, do not trust that the system or people will work for you. Ask a lot of questions.

I have been one of the luckiest people that had the chance to work with Ian Martin Group. They first took their time to get to know me and to see what would be a better fit for me then they told me about the job opportunities. Very knowledgeable staff, they understand what and where are each individual skills. they also take you to the next level in your career. I have been lucky to work with such a wonderful team (Account Manager-Tim Rhodes, Manager - Srikanth, recruiter- Avinash). They understood what are my needs and what kind of job I'm looking for. With their advice and deep understanding and knowledge of the market, they placed me in the best place that I have ever worked in. If you are a highly skilled person and well educated trying to get the job you have always dreamt of, Ian Martin Group is the way to go. After they had interviewed me for nearly an hour, It was one of the most amazing interviews, they got to know me better and understood what I need in my next role and what kind of experience that I have
