Employees are like family; Employees pull together to support each other - in work to accomplish goals for the betterment of our facility and for the patient - and also in our personal lives when one of our own is suffering (fund raisers to help when a coworker is battling cancer, lost a home to fire, lost a loved one). AWESOME retirement plan and benefits. Administrators all live here - not from some other state and commuting here 1/2 day Monday thru 1/2 day Friday - thus, they are out in the community and have buy-in for this hospital to be successful.
