it is job to get money and a visa to go to the united states. they have a university to learn and job. You can get a visa and go to united states if you keep asking them.

Cons

never pay on time. need to wait for check because they never have money. they never give us right information to do job so customers get angry

Nice working environment. Good coordination between the management. Work from Home Option: Software Developers can start their own business or work from home. Many people, especially women with kids or dependents have chosen to work from the convenience of their own home. It saves them travel time and babysitting expense.

Cons

Difficult Work: Being a Software Developer is not easy; the job/assignment is highly complicated and complex. Work expectation are high from user perspective
