Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with ICAN-B! We truly appreciate your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the growth opportunities we provide, including scholarships and support for continuing education. Investing in the development of our team is a core part of our mission, and we’re excited when employees take advantage of these resources to advance their careers. We understand that working with neurodivergent clients can be challenging. This field requires patience, empathy, and specialized training. Not everyone will feel it’s the right fit—and that’s okay. To better support our staff, we offer ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure our team feels confident and prepared in the work they do. We’re committed to continuously improving employee support and clinical development, and feedback like yours helps us do that. Thank you again for contributing to the growth of our organization! — ICAN-B Leadership Team

Pros

Flexibility with remote/telehealth supervision opportunities, timely clinical support and guidance available if you advocate for yourself, a mix of home and clinic based clients available, opportunities for bonus on a monthly basis if certain billable hours are met.

Cons

Compensation is on the low end if bonuses are not attainable, holidays are unpaid (but there is a slight rate increase if you choose to work billable hours on holiday), benefits are basic and very minor, staff sometimes feels micromanaged and unsupported at the same time. Rbt/technicians dont have PTO and there arent clear contingencies in place to promote staff satisfaction. Lack of higher up management presence and team building opportunities.
